Programs such as cPlay and SeeDeClip Duo Pro, are not able to open .wav files ripped using DVD Audio Explorer.(Windows 7)
A way around this is to open these .wav files in an Audio Editing program ( I use Sound Forge 9) and cut approximately 50mS from the start (preferably) or the end of the file. cPlay will then play these .wav files normally.
Also, High Resolution .wav files saved from the DVD supplied by Soundkeeper Records has a similar problem with cPlay.Trimming the .wav files as suggested will allow cPlay to open and play these high resolution .wav files.
I encountered this problem with the 24/192 album "Equinox."
"Equinox " would have to be one of the purest sounding and distortion free albums that I have ever heard.
