Don't know how to contact the forum admins, so perhaps I could post here and some kind soul could forward it?

The top banner (images for "the independent advert free audio review magazine", upcoming hificritic, see us in bristol, winter offer, picture of old issue, V5N4, ISBM) is, when rendered by firefox, wider than my screen. And my screen is 1600 pixels wide. I wouldn't mind, I don't need to see the banner, but FF then stretches everything else underneath, so I'm now having to scroll left and right to read the damn forum posts, as they're rendered inside a frame which is wider than the window. Sorry, am not an HTML expert, so my description probably doesn't make much sense, but can send a screenshot if you PM me with an address.

As far as I can see, the solution is to shrink that top banner a bit.

It's been like it for a couple of months now - didn't used to be so obviously correctable

No, I use Windows Internet Explorer, and it's a real nuisance having to constantly shift the screen from left to right to read all of it. It didn't used to be like this, so something's changed at some point. The headline banner seems the most likely culprit.

I have had this problem for some time now using MAC with Safari; just supposed it was my limited computer skills and that there was a simple fix.

Would add my support to getting this fixed . It may be just a small thing but it is very annoying to have to keep shifting the screen to read the whole of a post.
