I think they might just be "furniture" one-offs.

There was a Helium tweeter designed by a scientist at one of the research labs over here available some 20 or more years ago but I never saw anything about these.

Thanks Stan.

I think Helium might be more of a trade name rather than a description of an ionic tweeter etc. I am still thinking they were a one off made up pair to suit a room rather than a production run.
